Ingredients
For the Dip:
- 6 ounce vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 can pure pumpkin puree 15 ounce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- 4 ounce Cool Whip thawed
Instructions
- For the dip, whisk yogurt with sugar and pumpkin until combined. Add in seasonings. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate dip for at least one hour to allow flavors to mingle.
- Serve cold!

- To make a thicker dip, swap out greek yogurt and use cream cheese instead.
