  • 1 big banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Whipped Cream optional

  1. Blend everything except whipped cream in a blender until completely mixed. Top with whipped cream.

Notes

  • If you like your smoothie sweeter, add some maple syrup and then blend.
