Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 large banana
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey would work too, add more if you like it sweeter
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • pinch nutmeg and whipped cream optional garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blender, combine pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spice, agave nectar and milk. Pulse until smooth!
  2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and pinch of nutmeg. ENJOY!

Notes

  • If desired, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder before blending.
