Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup ice
- 2 coops vanilla protein powder any variety
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ - 1 cup milk any variety
- Pinch of salt optional
Instructions
- Set out a blender jar. Place all the ingredients in a jar.
- Fit the lid tightly on top and puree until completely smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
