Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 coops vanilla protein powder any variety
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ - 1 cup milk any variety
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  1. Set out a blender jar. Place all the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Fit the lid tightly on top and puree until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
