Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 tablespoon ginger ground
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • 1½ teaspoon allspice ground
  • 1 teaspoon cloves ground

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container or jar up to 1 year.

Notes

  • If you ever have a recipe that calls for allspice and you're all out, use the pumpkin pie spice in its place! Since it does contain allspice, it can make a great substitute in recipes.
