Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree frozen
- 1 frozen banana in chunks
- 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
- Splash of vanilla
- ice if needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, except for the ice.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and add ice if needed to reach desired consistency. Add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
