The shake is blended until smooth and can be adjusted with ice to desired thickness. Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond milk or oat milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup pumpkin frozen, puree
- 1 banana in chunks, frozen
- 1 coop (25 grams) protein powder vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
- vanilla extract splash
- ice if needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, except for the ice.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and add ice if needed to reach desired consistency. Add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
