Pumpkin Spice Bark

Pumpkin Spice Bark is the perfect Autumn treat to serve around Halloween or Thanksgiving. Made with white chocolate, pumpkin spice, and delicious caramel.

Ingredients

  • 6 chewy caramel squares , unwrapped and melted
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (Recipe)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 ounces white chocolate disks , melted
  • 2 tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine melted caramels, pumpkin purée, vanilla bean paste, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Add in the vanilla bean seeds and pumpkin pie spice and stir until smooth.
  4. Add white chocolate to the baking sheet and spread it into a large rectangle, about 10x14 inches.
  5. Add the pumpkin mixture evenly, top with graham cracker crumbs and swirl gently with a toothpick or butter knife.
  6. Top with coarse sanding sugar evenly, then refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden before breaking into pieces.
