Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup half-and-half or milk
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons 100% Pumpkin Puree (such as Libby's)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
For Homemade Pumpkin Spice Mix:
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

  2. Prepare the Creamer: In a medium bowl, whisk together half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Store: Transfer the creamer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
  4. Serving Suggestions: Add 1 tablespoon (or more to taste) to hot coffee, iced coffee, tea, or steamed milk for a cozy fall-inspired drink.
