- 5 tablespoons 100% Pumpkin Puree (such as Libby's)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

- Make the Pumpkin Spice Mix: In a small bowl, whisk together cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves until evenly combined. You'll only need 1 teaspoon for the creamer (or adjust to taste); reserve the rest for other pumpkin spice recipes.
- Prepare the Creamer: In a medium bowl, whisk together half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice mix until smooth and well combined.
