Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek Yogurt (nonfat or whole milk work)
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • lices apple (graham crackers – optional for dipping)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve with sliced fruit, graham crackers or anything else you wish to dip.
