Ingredients
- 1 Can coconut milk 13.5oz - I like to use light coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the can of coconut milk to a sauce pan
- Heat the coconut milk over medium heat whisking occasionally until the solids have melted
- Add the coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice to the pot and whisk to combine
- Heat over medium-high heat until the mixture boils
- Reduce to a simmer
- Simmer the mixture uncovered whisking frequently for 15 minutes
- The mixture will reduce to a thick syrupy consistency
- Remove the pot from the heat and whisk in the salt
- Allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer to an airtight container for storage
- Use 1 tbsp of the syrup in your favorite fall beverages!
