Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Notes

  • *If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can use ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, and a pinch of allspice and nutmeg.
