Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend see note for sub
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on high until stiff. Refrigerate until served.

Notes

  • To create your own spice blend, use 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/8 teaspoon cloves, 1/8 teaspoon allspice, pinch nutmeg
  • This will make about 2 cups after whipping and I figured a generous 1/4 cup serving size.
