Queso Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning or 2 Tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 10 oz can
  • 1 can diced green chiles 4 oz can
  • 1 jar salsa con queso 15 oz
  • 12-18 small flour tortillas
  • Taco Toppings!

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and diced green chiles in a crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken and stir in the Salsa con Queso. Cover and cook on low for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is heated through.
  4. Serve on the tortillas with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
