Ingredients
- 1 (16.3-ounce) box of brownie mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
Instructions
- Heat treat 1 (16.3-ounce) box of brownie mix by adding the dry mix to a medium bowl and heating in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly every 30 seconds. Let the mix cool completely before continuing.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 pinch salt until smooth.
- Add the cooled brownie mix and beat until smooth. Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping by hand. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with mini chocolate chips, chocolate Jimmies, or mini m&ms.
