Quick and Easy Crab Balls

These Quick and Easy Crab Balls are made with lump crab meat and store bought stuffing. It is a simple and delicious party appetizer ready in 20 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces lump crab meat
  • 1 cup Unprepared Stove Top stuffing crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 3 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the crab meat.
  2. Gently fold the crab meat into the mixture trying to break up the lumps of crab meat as little as possible
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball size balls (approximately 1 ounce each).
  4. Place each ball on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven on a rack approximately 6-10 inches from the heating element. Broil on high for 7-10 mins until golden brown. Keep a close eye on them, they can burn easily.
