Quick and Easy Pizza Bagels

With only 4 ingredients, these Pizza Bagels are simple to make and loved by all!

Ingredients

  • 3 plain full-size bagels halved
  • 6 ounces Pizza Sauce
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Layout bagel halves and top with equal amounts of pizza sauce, pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Notes

  • For leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. 
  • To reheat in oven, wrap bagels in foil and bake @ 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted & bubbly. 
  • To reheat in microwave, heat on a plate for 30 second intervals until cheese is melted & bubbly.
