Quick Breakfast Idea: flavored yogurt + granola

Honey vanilla yogurt is an awesome quick breakfast idea. Buy plain yogurt and flavor it yourself to control sugar, flavor, and texture!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups PLAIN yogurt greek or regular
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 vanilla bean see note
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors to your preference.
  3. Serve with granola, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves!

Notes

  • If you do not have a vanilla bean, you can use vanilla bean paste or simple add more vanilla extract. Start by adding a teaspoon extra of vanilla extract, taste, and add more if needed.
