Ingredients

  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients together, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk wet ingredients together, until well combined.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Use a waffle maker and make them per waffle iron instructions.
  5. Serve with delicious sauce or fresh berries.
