Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango chopped, ripe
  • ½ cup bell pepper diced
  • ½ jalapeno pepper seeds/stem/veins removed, medium
  • 2 TBSP lime juice fresh
  • ½ TBSP cilantro extra to garnish, fresh
  • ¼ tsp sea salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop, juice, and combine.
  2. Leave out some of the seeds and ribs of the jalapeño to reduce the heat or leave them in for a super spicy salsa!
