Ingredients
For the Taco Meat:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning (or 1 packet of taco seasoning)
- 1/2 cup salsa
For Serving:
- 8 single serve bag Doritos
Optional Toppings:
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- diced onion
- beans
- sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add in the ground beef and brown until the beef is no longer pink (break up as it cooks). Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and the salsa. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the flavors are combined.
- When serving, gently crush the chips into the Doritos bag. Then cut open the top or the side of the bag.
- Top each bag with the taco meat and the toppings of your choice.
- Gently stir together and enjoy!
