  • 4 cups chicken broth low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp white miso
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 lb ramen noodles 4 squares of dried ramen noodles, 8 oz
  • 225 gr baby bok choy leaves separated, baby spinach or micro greens, about 1/2 lb
  • 4 egg
  • chili sauce toasted sesame oil, green onions, and/or seared mushrooms, optional garnish
