- 4 cups chicken broth low-sodium
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger fresh finely grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 lb ramen noodles 4 squares of dried ramen noodles, 8 oz
- 225 gr baby bok choy leaves separated, baby spinach or micro greens, about 1/2 lb
- 4 egg
- chili sauce toasted sesame oil, green onions, and/or seared mushrooms, optional garnish
