Quick Pasta Sauce (2 Ingredients!)

When you're short on time and dinner has become an afterthought, this two-ingredient quick pasta sauce has your back! It's a simple combination of basic tomato sauce and garlic that gives your pasta night that home-cooked feel without taking more than 20 minutes to throw together.

Ingredients

  • plash olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 oz can tomato sauce 226 g

Instructions

  1. Garlic: Heat a splash of oil in a pot or pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring often, until it begins to turn golden and smell fragrant.
  2. Tomato: Stir in tomato sauce and continue to cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve: Serve warm with your favorite pasta!

Notes

  • Storage: If you have leftover sauce, keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Leftover pasta tossed in the sauce will last 4 days in the fridge. You can also freeze the pasta sauce for up to 3 months!
