Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Place the onion, vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Take off the heat and allow to cool.

  • Enjoy pickled onions on tacos, refried beans, nachos, sandwiches and more!
