- 1 culinary simmer sauce Imagine® Organic, Thai Coconut Curry, pouch
- 2 carrot peeled and sliced
- 1 red pepper seeded and cut into square bite size pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup baby corn cut in half, whole
- snow peas handful
- ½ yellow onion cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups quinoa cooked
