Quick Veggie & Quinoa Thai Coconut Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce in Thai Coconut Curry
  • 2 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 red pepper seeded and cut into square bite size pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup whole baby corn cut in half
  • handful of snow peas
  • ½ yellow onion cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa

Notes

  • Feel free to add or remove veggies to suit your tastes! This recipe is very flexible and can be made how you like it!
