- 1 pouch Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce in Thai Coconut Curry
- 2 carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 red pepper seeded and cut into square bite size pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup whole baby corn cut in half
- handful of snow peas
- ½ yellow onion cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
