- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 medium green onions, finely chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or basil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Notes
- * My kids like these patties with a savoury mint yogurt. Stir together 1/2 cup thick pain Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves and 1 tsp lemon juice.
