Rachel's Green Sauce is a blended sauce featuring fresh cilantro, jalapeños, parmesan cheese, garlic, and tangy red wine vinegar and lemon juice, all emulsified with olive oil. Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro fresh leaves
- 1 to 2 medium jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
