Ingredients

  • 2 egg boiled
  • 2 lices rye bread or any other good-quality bread
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4-6 lettuce leaves
  • 300 g Shrimp unveined and peeled, cooked
  • lemon juice of 1 + slices for garnish
  • 4 dill small sprigs
  • 8 lices cucumber

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggs and cucumber into thin slices.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over each slice of bread.
  3. Season the prawns with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Arrange lettuce on top, followed by cucumber,eggs and seasoned prawns.
  5. Top with extra mayonnaise, garnish with dill and lemon slices, and serve.
