Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter melted (2 sticks)
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Ranch dressing mix (see note 1)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 18 ounces oyster crackers (see note 2)

Instructions

  1. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil for easy cleanup. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Ranch dressing mix, lemon pepper, dill weed, and garlic powder.
  2. To a very large bowl, add oyster crackers. Drizzle with the melted butter mixture and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly over prepared baking sheets.
  3. Air-dry at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours, stirring periodically to help crackers dry evenly.

  • Use a quality store-bought or homemade Ranch seasoning mix for best flavor.
