Ranch Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry medium grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons dry Ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine rice, dry ranch mix, butter and water. Heat over medium-high heat until it comes to a full boil.
  2. Place a cover on and reduce to low until just simmering.
  3. Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove cover and fluff with a fork.
  5. Turn off heat, returning the lid and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
