- 8 oz. lingonberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- ⅔ cup sugar

- 1 glass jar (sterilized)
Instructions
- Place the lingonberries in a bowl.
- Pour the sugar over them.
- Mix and set aside in a cool place.
- Stir occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved, which can take up to 1 day or longer.
- Crush a few lingonberries lightly with the back of a spoon to release some of their juice and help dissolve the sugar.
