Raspberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries*

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and add the melted butter into a 9x9 baking dish.
  2. Next, in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Then, add the milk and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients, and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.
  5. Next, sprinkle the raspberries on top of the batter all around. Note the raspberries will sink as they bake.
  6. Bake the cobbler in your preheated oven until the cobbler is golden and set in the middle, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • *You can use fresh or frozen raspberries in this recipe.
  • You can store any leftover raspberry cobbler in an airtight container in your fridge for 3-4 days. If you want to freeze this recipe you can in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 2 months.
  • To reheat you can do so in your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes until everything has warmed through. You can also reheat in your microwave until everything has warmed through.
