Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries*
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and add the melted butter into a 9x9 baking dish.
- Next, in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Then, add the milk and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.
- Next, sprinkle the raspberries on top of the batter all around. Note the raspberries will sink as they bake.
- Bake the cobbler in your preheated oven until the cobbler is golden and set in the middle, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- *You can use fresh or frozen raspberries in this recipe.
- You can store any leftover raspberry cobbler in an airtight container in your fridge for 3-4 days. If you want to freeze this recipe you can in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 2 months.
- To reheat you can do so in your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes until everything has warmed through. You can also reheat in your microwave until everything has warmed through.
