Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut yogurt 250g, (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 cup frozen raspberries 300g
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 4 tablespoon allulose or sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Stir the chia seeds into the coconut yoghurt and wait 10 minutes until they have absorbed some of the liquid.
- Add the frozen raspberries and sweetener and blend until combined.

- 6g net carbs per serving. Makes 4 generous servings.
- Coconut yogurt is a dairy-free yogurt made from coconut.
- Serve straight away as a soft serve. Option to freeze for up to 3 months.
- Any 1:1 sugar substitute works in the recipe. Chose powdered sweetener if possible.
