Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Raspberry frozen yogurt is a simple and quick 4 ingredient dessert that is perfect for summer. It is ready in just 12 minutes and does not require an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt 250g, (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cup frozen raspberries 300g
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoon allulose or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Stir the chia seeds into the coconut yoghurt and wait 10 minutes until they have absorbed some of the liquid.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries and sweetener and blend until combined.

Notes

  • 6g net carbs per serving. Makes 4 generous servings. 
  • Coconut yogurt is a dairy-free yogurt made from coconut.
  • Serve straight away as a soft serve. Option to freeze for up to 3 months. 
  • Any 1:1 sugar substitute works in the recipe. Chose powdered sweetener if possible.
