Raspberry Sangria Recipe

Nothing says summer quite like a glass of this Raspberry Sangria. With blush wine, a splash of lemon, and fresh raspberries, it's my favorite way to unwind.

Ingredients

  • 2 750 ml bottle blush wine
  • 1/2 cup limoncello lemon liqueur
  • 2 lemons sliced
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 2 cups cold sparkling water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the wine, Limoncello, lemons, and raspberries in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold.
  2. When ready to serve, top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir. Enjoy!

Notes

  • To store Raspberry Blush Sangria, keep it in the fridge in a tightly sealed pitcher for up to 2-3 days. If you plan to store it longer, avoid adding sparkling water until just before serving.
  • I wouldn’t recommend freezing it, as it might mess with the texture and flavor. If it loses its fizz, you can add a splash of fresh sparkling water before serving to refresh the drink.
