  • 1 cup coconut milk from a carton, not a can
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1/2 cup silken soft tofu
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoons flaxseed meal
