- 16 oz. mascarpone cheese at room temperature
- ¼ cup cream cheese at room temperature
- ½ cup raspberry preserves
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 lemon juiced
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together both the Mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. If you don't have a stand mixer, use a mixing bowl and a handheld mixer.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth once more.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled through, one to two hours.
