  • 16 oz. mascarpone cheese at room temperature
  • ¼ cup cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together both the Mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. If you don't have a stand mixer, use a mixing bowl and a handheld mixer. 


  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth once more.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled through, one to two hours.
