RECIPE - Salted Watermelon with Mint and Olive Oil

Sweet, salty and so refreshing. This salted watermelon salad will blow you away!!! If you haven't tried salted watermelon yet you are in for a treat. A great summer recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1-2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil - the best you can afford
  • 1-2 tablespoon black salt - or sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon shredded mint

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut the watermelon into small wedges.
  2. Arrange the watermelon wedges on a large plate or platter.
  3. Drizzle the watermelon with the extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the black salt on the top.
  5. Scatter the shredded mint leaves over the watermelon.
