Slaw
- 1 head red cabbage shredded
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 shallot diced
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the shredded cabbage grated carrots into a large bowl.
- Add in the chopped cilantro and diced shallot.
- In a small bowl or cup, combine the dressing ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill for one hour prior to serving.
