Ingredients

  • ½ head red cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and shredded
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Toss everything together until well combined.
  2. Cover and allow to sit for at least an hour in the fridge or at room temperature.
  3. Stir once more before serving.
