Strawberries, watermelon, raspberries and pomegranate seeds make for a juicy, sweet and delicious red fruit salad. A dollop of yogurt and drizzle of honey finishes it off.

Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon sliced into chunks
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup yogurt dairy, coconut or coconut whipped cream
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the fruit in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix together.
- Divide the fruit evenly between two plates and top with the yogurt.
- Drizzle the honey on top and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Add a mint leaf for garnish and serve immediately.
