Ingredients
- 1 (13.25 ounce) box cake mix any flavor
- 1 (16 ounce) can cake frosting any flavor
- 1 (12 ounce) bag red candy melts
- 1 (12 ounce) bag blue candy melts
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white candy melts
Instructions
- Bake cake in a 9x13 pan according to directions. Completely cool and crumble into large bowl.
- Dump in frosting and stir to combine. You can use your hands but be warned it will get messy and sticky.
- Once thoroughly mixed either roll balls by hand or use cookie scoop. Place balls on cookies sheet, stick lollipop stick in top and place in freezer for at least an hour.
- Melt chocolate, take cake pops out of the freezer and dip.
- Put on lined cookie sheet, decorate with sprinkles and let chocolate harden.
- (If you are using multiple colors of chocolate I recommend melting and completely using one color at a time)
