Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Salad Recipe

This red, white, and blue cheesecake salad is fluffy, creamy, and super fresh tasting. It's my favorite easy dessert for the Fourth of July!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (1 brick)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed (1 container), such as Cool Whip
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries

Instructions

  1. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Gently stir in the whipped topping.
  3. Gently fold in the berries.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Storage: Store red, white, and blue cheesecake salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
