This red, white, and blue cheesecake salad is fluffy, creamy, and super fresh tasting. It's my favorite easy dessert for the Fourth of July!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (1 brick)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed (1 container), such as Cool Whip
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Gently stir in the whipped topping.
- Gently fold in the berries.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
