Red, White and Blueberry Yogurt Parfaits

Enjoy these red, white and blueberry yogurt parfaits, with fresh berries and creamy yogurt -- the perfect start to your Independence, Memorial or Labor day!!

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz carton of Vanilla Bean yogurt I used Noosa, but use any yogurt you like
  • Or make your own [homemade Greek yogurt]
  • 1 pint blueberries washed and patted dry
  • 1 pint strawberries washed, diced
  • 1 pint raspberries washed and patted dry
  • [Shaved Coconut for Garnish]

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a pretty glass, place a couple strawberries pieces or raspberry in the bottom. Drizzle a little yogurt and smooth. Sprinkle some blueberries on top, then add more strawberries or raspberries.
  2. Repeat in a red, white and blue pattern until desired amount. Finish with a few of each berry and a sprinkle of shaved coconut.
  3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. May also be made in mason jars and covered until ready to eat.
  4. Feel free to substitute pomegranate arils for the red, blackberries or boysenberries for the blue!
