Reduced Balsamic
Reduced balsamic vinegar is a simple, concentrated sauce made by simmering balsamic vinegar until thick and syrupy. This reduction intensifies the vinegar's sweet and tangy flavors, making it a versatile ingredient for drizzling on dishes. Cooling the reduction allows it to thicken further and keeps well stored in a bottle for extended use.
