Reese's Pieces Cookie Recipe

Soft and delicious Reese's Pieces Cookies are full of peanut butter chips and crushed Reese's pieces. They are perfect for PB lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cups Reese's Pieces crushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces to put on top

Instructions

  1. Add the butter, oil and sugars to your mixer. Mix them. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla, flour baking soda and baking powder and mix until combined. Add crushed Reeses Pieces and peanut butter chips.
  3. Scoop dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Add 3-4 Reeses Pieces on top and press in a bit.
  4. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
