- 1 seedless fully ripe watermelon about 4 cups cubed pieces
Optional ingredients:

- 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon black salt
Instructions
- Use seedless fully ripe watermelon. To cut watermelon, slice off the ends of watermelon, remove rind from it.
- Cut circle slices of watermelon and cut into cubes.
- Add cubes watermelon into blender and blend into a smooth juice.
- If the watermelon has seeds don’t bother removing all the seeds. Blend it into juice along with seeds and then strain the juice using fine sieve strainer.
- Strain the juice through fine mesh strainer to get fine clear watermelon juice. You can skip straining the juice if watermelon was seedless and you don’t mind grainy juice.
- Serve immediately with few ice cubes and mint leaves sprigs or chill watermelon juice in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours before servings.
